Return & Exchange Policy – Tahum
At Tahum, we truly value your trust and satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return process.
What You Need to Know:
1. Not satisfied? No problem — we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of order delivery.
2. Returned perfumes must have at least 90% of the product remaining.
3. If up to 10% of the product has been used, a small return fee may apply.
4. Negligible usage? No charges — we understand testing is natural.
5. If more than 10% of the product has been used, unfortunately, the return will not be eligible.
6. Return and exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days.
7. Delivery charges are non-refundable in case of return or exchange.
8. For exchange orders, delivery charges are to be paid by the customer.

To make the return or exchange process smooth and efficient, please ensure:
The product is in original packaging
It is securely packed to avoid damage during transit
You include your Order ID and reason for return
